Salem

Salem is the Capitol City of Oregon. It is also are current hometown. It is a big city, with a small town feel and attitude. There are about 125,000 residents and is the 3rd largest city in Oregon.

The Capitol building is the 3rd one in Salem. The first two burned down. The current building dates to the 1930's

Salem is also known as the Cherry City. One must visit Salem in late March when all the Cherry Trees are in full bloom!
