Tokyo Light Rail Transit -> TOEI Arakawa Line
Minowabashi

Arakawa Line

This is the beginning of the line in what once was a "redlight district" of Tokyo. It remains a more traditional shopping area. It is a short walk from the Hibiya subway Minowa station.
