Setagaya Line

This relatively short line connect 3 different commuter lines, the Tokyu, Odakyu and Keio. It is called the Setagaya Line and it run by the Tokyu. It is just outside the Tokyo Yamanote Circle. It serves quiet residential neighborhoods. The line has been working on updating its equipment.
