Gambetta

Transfers
Landmarks

This station is the original departure platform for Line 3 when it this was the terminal station in 1921. It became a thru station when the line was extended to Porte des Lilas in 1921. In 1971 Line 3 was diverted to Galleni and Line 3bis was created to run from Gambetta to Porte des Lilas. The 3bis terminus uses the original departure platform as its terminal. The former tunnel connection to line 4 is now a pedestrian tunnel. The line is still connected to line 3 via the old Gambetta loop.
