FrontRunner Commuter Rail

SLC

Commuter Rail is proving popular among western states, and Utah has joined the team. The FrontRunner currently runs from Salt Lake north to Ogden/Pleasant View. There are plans to extend the line south of Salt Lake. Trains run every 20~60 minutes depending on time of day. The station in Salt Lake allows for easy transfer to TRAX Light Rail and busses to bring you into downtown Salt Lake.

This is a nice alternative to crowded I-15.
