Embarcadero Extension

MUNI Metro

This extension to the MUNI Metro system opened in early 2000. The trains from the subway now continue west from Embarcadero, turn south and raise up to the surface. The line continues south passing AT&T Park and ends at the CalTrain Station at 4th. The new T-line branches south just before Caltrain. It opened in 2007.
