Pearl District

This is the heart of the redevelopment area along the line. The streetcar has been very successful with in changing this former rundown area. It now vibrant with condos, shops and restaurants. This section runs Lovejoy and Northrup starting at I-405/yards then turns onto 10th and 11th Avenues to Burnside St. It also includes the junction with the CL line at Lovejoy and 10th.
