Tower 18 is the flat almost full Grand Union at the northwest corner of the loop. The only leg of the union missing is linking west to the north, but that is where the tower is located. At one time this was considered the busiest railway junction in the world. It certainly is the busiest flat Rapid Transit Junction in the world.
